George Muguro's Manna Bible Institute, Kenya
Red Sea Church is privileged to partner with Pastor George Muguro, president of the Manna Bible Institute in Kenya, Africa. Pastor George grew up just outside of Nairobi, Kenya in the slums of Kibera. His goal in life was to get an education and to get out of the slums. He did. But while on his way to become a professional God called George to become a pastor. Specifically, God called George to return to the people of Kibera and Kenya where he would declare and demonstrate the gospel of Jesus Christ.
George has answered that call in several ways. In addition to pastoring a local church George runs an orphanage of 43 children and a medical clinic in Kibera. He also serves as president (and professor) at the Manna Bible Institute in Kenya. This institute trains pastors from all over Africa and then sends them back to their own communities to plant and develop churches that will proclaim Jesus through their words and work.
